Wolf
Wolf (sometimes called wolfen or lupine) are proud, pack-oriented Awakened with wolf-like
features, including fur, pointed ears, and often a tail. They typically live in tight-knit packs or
tribes, valuing loyalty, honor, and cooperation. Renowned as skilled hunters and warriors, wolf
often serve as scouts, rangers, or soldiers in mixed societies. They have a strong spiritual
tradition – many wolf packs honor a deity relating to the moon or a great ancestral wolf spirit,
seeing the moon as the guiding light of their hunts. Under the full moon, some packs hold
gatherings or rites that strengthen their bonds. Wolves are often brave and straightforward; they
prefer direct approaches and have little patience for deception (though they are not incapable of
cunning pack tactics when hunting). In personality, they range from somber and disciplined to
boisterous and friendly, but almost all wolves have a fierce protective streak for their “pack,”
whether that is family, friends, or community.
